Do yourself a favour and get Les of Adept Underpinner to do your structural repair work. He starts by keeping promises. When he says he will turn up and quote, he does. Looking over the problem, he is full of practical, sensible solutions and suggestions. On site, his work is meticulous with attention to detail. Cuts into existing brickwork are neat and careful. Steelwork is accurately measured and carefully fitted together. His restoration brickwork around difficult shapes was neat, and in fact, better than the original.
