Shotcrete Retaining Walls
Reinforced Shotcrete retaining walls are an ideal and very cost effective solution for retaining sub floor areas where there is soil erosion which jeopardises your foundations or areas around your property where access can be difficult. Backfill and Adept’s drainage system are important components when constructing shotcrete retaining walls – See Adept’s Drainage.
These retaining walls are created by spraying a special mix of high strength concrete onto a hillside or slope. The benefits of Shotcrete retaining walls are that the soil is stabilised, minimising both erosion and runoff onto you subfloor walls and building.

Timber Retaining Walls
Timber retaining walls are NOT recommended due to a wide load area, putting pressure on posts causing walls to collapse or lean over a period of time. Treated pine rots therefore does not provide longevity.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Chemical injection was never designed for permanent foundation stabilisation, it was designed for temporary slab support only. There is NO substitute for concrete which is the ONLY way to guarantee your issues are resolved permanently the first time.
